A standalone version of Expression Web SuperPreview for Windows Internet Explorer is available for free download at the Microsoft Download Center (search for superpreview). I had the original version of expression web and used it successfully to update my website which was created by someone else. I had been doing so for 3 years. Once installed, this newer version will not prompt for the username and password.
